Ion Defense Technologies (iDT), is a science-based company founded for the purpose of finding solutions in the battle with viruses and bacteria. Our products are not only effective for today’s pandemic, they are designed to be effective against any mutations of the current virus as well as future strains of viruses and bacteria. We have aligned our 40 years of experience in performance-based fabrics and apparel with Electrical Engineers and PHD’s in Biology. MARK HOLLER
CEO & Co-owner
Mark Holler is a Founder and owner at ion Defense Technologies LLC (iDT). By nature, Mark is an innovator. He is the leader of the team behind iDT's unique approach to the PPE market. With over 40 years in the apparel industry, Mark and his first company Aussie Racing Apparel pioneered the custom performance cycling wear market. He used this experience to expand into the world of Motorsports with Outer Circle Motorsportswear. Consistent innovation has been a driving force behind his companies. Recently Mark was working on the inclusion of ionic technology and conductive yarn technology for performance wear. Inspired to find a solution for the current crisis, Mark pivoted to apply this unique approach to the PPE and mask market. The results are our current generation of masks with more innovation to come.

DAVID D. MORROW
President & Co-owner
David is an environmental scientist with a strong ability to think outside the box. He has an undergraduate degree in environmental studies from the University of California at Santa Barbara, and a teaching certificate in computer-based education from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. As a dedicated bicycle commuter, he was frustrated by the lack of good rain gear for year-round cycling. To help cyclists keep riding, he started Showers Pass Clothing in 1997 as a side-gig to his work at an engineering firm. Today, Showers Pass is an industry leader that provides solutions for staying warm and dry in any kind of weather. He has collaborated with Mark Holler on several other business startups.
He enjoys hiking, cycling, gardening, Nordic skiing, reading and cooking.
SCOTT CASSIDY
Sales, Marketing and Partnerships
Scott joins ion Defense Technologies (iDT) with a depth of business experience. Working in the technology industry he was with HP for the introduction of the original LaserJet and inkjet printers as well as many other technologies. At Intel, Scott pulled together the sales, marketing and distribution plan for the first desktop video conferencing solution. Later he worked with hardware and software innovators such as Microsoft, Adobe Systems, Autodesk and electronic arts to provide never before seen solutions for the latest generation of Microprocessor technology. Leaving technology Scott applied his skills to the self-storage industry to build, automate and manage 8 facilities. Scott is excited to apply his love of technology, sales, marketing, management and partnership building skills to iDT.

Customer Service and Training
Seanette has an extensive background in sales, management and training. She has a degree in dentistry as a nurse practitioner, and was the youngest individual at UCLA to earn this degree. She taught at the UCLA School of Dentistry, training residents how to create and manage a successful team. She worked for Invisalign as a lead trainer, teaching doctors and staff how to use state of the art equipment. She also was lead instructor in a private teaching facility that trains doctors on new surgical procedures. She then moved into a position of Sales Manager of two cutting edge companies that pioneered high tech fabrics in the motor sports industry and cycling industry.
She has two sons and enjoys camping, running and cycling.

BRADLEY M. GANZ, ESQ

Bradley is a member of the Oregon and Washington state bars and is a registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He has an undergraduate degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Davis, and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Marymount Law School in Los Angeles. He has over three decades of experience in patent and other areas of intellectual property law, across many industries including biotechnology, advanced textiles, semiconductors, and medical devices. Before starting his own law firm, Bradley was chief patent counsel for Adidas International and of counsel with Circon-ACMI Corporation, a medical endoscopy and surgical instruments company, now part of Olympus, Inc. Formerly an elite-level cyclist and ski racer, he is the founder and head coach of Alpha Track Club Oregon, offering free membership and coaching to youth from low-income families.
He enjoys cycling, skiing, and running.

LLOYD L. POLLARD II

Lloyd is a member of the Oregon state bar and is a member of the U.S Patent and Trademark Office. He has an undergraduate and master of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona, and a Juris Doctor degree from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. He holds 11 US patents primarily related to thermal management in electronic and mechanical systems. He worked at several US universities and Intel Corporation before becoming the managing partner of Ganz Pollard LLC.
His interests include friends and family, soccer, surfing, skiing, fishing, running, farming, and generally, any outdoor activity.

Lars' primary responsibility with IDT is guiding testing and product development. He has an undergraduate degree in agricultural engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a masters degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Over the past 35 years he has worked in robotics, undersea research, geotechnical testing and aviation. He is experienced with machine design, mechanisms, machining, metal fabrication, plastics molding and fabrication, welding, soldering, electrical wiring, riveted construction, adhesives.

He enjoys spending time with his two grown children, cycling, fishing and going on long off-road adventures in his restored 1970 Ford Bronco. He also travels in his RV-7, an acrobatic-certified kit plane that he built over 9 years.
